Changes: - Settings split into per-domain nested settings (postgres/minio/ingestion/qdrant/app/logging); FastAPI app wired with /healthz, /readyz and a /v1 router; Postgres/MinIO/Qdrant adapters and SQLAlchemy models for tenants, API keys, source files, ingestion jobs/events.
